major improvements and widening of Peine Road; West Meyer, the
bridge at Highway A over Highway 61
Re-Development
of downtown Wentzville including the renovation of the Wentzville
Hotel and many new businesses
Have
increased parks in Wentzville by 109 acres in six short years
bringing the total park acreage to 262 acres. Developing these
parks into soccer and baseball fields is top priority during
my next term.
Completed
the downtown villiage center plan to encourage the redevelopment
of downtown.
Comprehensive
Plan Committee was created in order to give our city a precise
order of direction to accommodate the city’s growth

implemented stricter demands on developers including street
requirements and pipeline set backs
